Check-in and Check-out Procedures
- Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Arizona Time.
- Download the Latch App from the provided check-in instruction email to access the unit door code, including the communal door code for Lobby, Elevator, Gym, and Pool. The Latch app is required during your stay.
Property Access
- This unit is located on the 2nd floor; an elevator is available onsite.
- Step outside from the living room or bedrooms for direct access to the pool and shared patio areas.
Policies and Rules
- Minimum age for primary guest: 21 years.
- No smoking allowed.
- No events allowed.
- Children allowed.
- No pets allowed.
- Booking guests must be at least 21 years old.
- Local residents (within two hours of the property) may not book.
- All guests with a confirmed criminal record will be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
- Guests must provide identity authentication via AutoHost for GoodNight Stay (name, address, phone, photo ID). If not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay may cancel the booking without penalty.
- Parties, events, or weddings are not allowed.
Fees and Payments
- A damage insurance policy of $75 (covers $1000 in damage) is required and will be paid through GoodNight Stay after booking confirmation. This fee is not included in the initial booking process and will be collected after the booking is confirmed.
- Pack & Play and Highchair are available for rent; please inquire for details. This is an add-on and not included in the reservation.
Parking Information
- Parking is provided on a first-come, first-served basis in the covered parking garage on the premises. If no garage spaces are available upon arrival or for extra vehicles, street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Utilities and Amenities Access
- Pool is open seasonally, typically between early spring and the end of October, from 10AM to 10PM, at the discretion of the HOA. This year, the pool will be open on March 1st, 2025.
- Luggage holding service is available from Monday to Sunday, 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. Oversized luggage exceeding 50 lbs will not be accepted. Subject to availability.
- All amenities are to be used at the guest's risk. The homeowner and GoodNight Stay are not liable for injury or damages.
- Kick-start amenities for kitchens and bathrooms are provided:
- Kitchen set: 2 dishwashing tablets, dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 2 laundry detergent pods, disinfectant wipes, 2 paper towel rolls, 2 trash bags, 1 coffee bag, 4 coffee filters.
- Bathroom set (per full bathroom): 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 body wash, 1 body bar soap, 1 hand bar soap, makeup wipe, 1 trash can liner.
- Two paper towel rolls per kitchen and two rolls of bathroom tissue per bathroom are provided.
- Additional items cannot be provided as these are to kick-start your stay.

- This building is adjacent to railroad tracks. Some noise from passing trains may be heard at the balcony or pool. This unit is located at the front of the building.
- The location is in downtown Nashville, which may have typical city sounds and elements. Guests may encounter music, traffic, sirens, other tourists, construction, and individuals seeking assistance from a nearby shelter. Consider this before booking if sensitive to urban environments.
